● Prepare assessments, grades, and progress reports according to school procedures.

● Implement and integrate technology into the curriculum. ● Attend faculty and division meetings, including required meetings/events before the beginning of the school year and during the term of employment.

COMPENSATION

What You’ll Do:

* Lead and inspire a blended-age class using innovative teaching strategies.

* Plan and implement individualized lessons that foster critical thinking and growth mindsets.

* Collaborate with our dedicated team and contribute to a dynamic, year-round program.

Schedule:

* 30-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

* Occasional evenings and Saturdays for family events or community nights

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

* Is a credentialed educator with K-3 experience. Adept at teaching reading, writing and math skills

* Sees what’s wrong with traditional classrooms and wants to create something better.

* Has strong leadership, classroom management, and collaboration skills.

* Believes in medical freedom, parent rights, and conservative values.

* Program Director/Admin/Management experience is ideal and preferred- but not req'd
