SFSU Partnership

Under the sponsorship of San Francisco State University, BATTI satisfies the multiple subject credential requirements set forth by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. BATTI's director works closely with Barbara Henderson the program coordinator at San Francisco State University. While classes are not held at SFSU, students are connected to the university in several ways. Most of the instructors of BATTI courses are SFSU instructors. BATTI students receive financial aid through the SFSU Department of Financial Aid. And upon completion of the program, BATTI students apply for their teaching credential through SFSU’s Teacher Preparation Center.
